2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the remote aesthetic consultation service purchased by the Client via the website, mobile application, or other electronic communication tools.
3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
The service provided includes:
- General information about aesthetic procedures
- Guidance based on the Client’s expectations
- Information about clinics and physicians
- Pre‑ and post‑procedure process guidance
The service is provided remotely via video call, telephone, or written communication.
THIS SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL EXAMINATION, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

Payment is collected before the service is provided.
5. PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE
The service will be provided on the scheduled date via the agreed online platform.
If the Client fails to attend the appointment at the scheduled time, the service may be deemed as delivered.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Client has the right to withdraw within 14 days provided that the performance of the service has not started.
If the service has begun with the Client’s approval before the withdrawal period expires and the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
7. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
- The service provided is not a medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Final decisions and medical procedures belong solely to the relevant physician and healthcare institution.
- In emergencies, the Client must contact the nearest healthcare facility.
- Remote evaluation does not replace a physical medical examination.
8. HEALTH INFORMATION AND LIABILITY
The Client declares that all health information provided is accurate and complete.
The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data and health data of the Client will be processed and protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the competent Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices.
11. EFFECTIVENESS
By approving this Agreement electronically, the Client is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.
