Brow Lift (Endoscopic Brow & Temple Lift)

Brow lifting plays a key role in periocular aesthetics, as the effects of aging often begin around the eyes and eyebrows. Over time, the brows may descend, creating a heavier, more tired appearance and contributing to upper eyelid hooding.

To achieve optimal and harmonious results, brow lift procedures are often combined with other facial surgeries (such as facelift, upper blepharoplasty, and lower blepharoplasty), allowing for a more comprehensive rejuvenation of the upper face.

Dr. Mirza Fırat performs brow lifting using advanced endoscopic techniques, enabling a highly personalized approach for each patient. Through endoscopic visualization, vital anatomical structures can be clearly identified and preserved, while the necessary ligamentous releases are performed in the deep plane. This allows for results that are both effective and safe, with minimal and well-concealed incisions.

To achieve natural and individualized outcomes, Dr. Mirza Fırat utilizes three different approaches to brow and temple lifting:

- Endoscopic Temple Lift (Isolated Temple Lift):
In younger patients with early signs of aging or minimal brow descent, rejuvenation can be achieved without elevating the entire brow. By focusing on the temporal region alone, this technique refreshes the eye area while preserving the natural brow position.

- Lateral Brow Lift (Tail of the Brow Lift):
In many patients, aging changes begin in the outer portion of the brow. In such cases, only the lateral brow is elevated, creating a more youthful contour without altering the inner brow, which may not require lifting.

- Full Brow Lift:
In patients with generalized brow ptosis—either due to genetics or more advanced aging affecting both the medial and lateral brow—a complete elevation of the brow is performed to restore balance and openness to the upper face.

Through these tailored approaches, Dr. Mirza Fırat is able to provide patient-specific treatments, achieving natural, balanced, and long-lasting results while preserving facial expression and identity.
