Fıratlift Type V builds upon the foundation of Fıratlift Type I, which targets the upper and midface. While Type I focuses on lifting the brows, cheeks, and midface, Type V extends the rejuvenation to the lower face and jawline, offering a complete facial renewal through the same endoscopic, scar-concealed approach.

This technique is ideal for patients between the ages of 30 and 50 who experience early jowling or sagging around the mouth. It is designed to correct these changes while maintaining a natural facial expression and youthful contour.

Like Type I, two small incisions are made in the temple and forehead regions, hidden within the hair. For Type V, an additional small incision is placed behind the ear, carefully concealed in the postauricular fold. Through this point, the surgeon performs an endoscopic deep-plane dissection, releasing the SMAS layer from its retaining ligaments and lifting the deeper facial tissues vertically.

This vertical lift tightens the lower face, smooths marionette lines, and eliminates jowls, restoring a clean and refined facial outline. Because the entire procedure is performed under endoscopic visualization, it ensures high precision, minimal swelling, and virtually invisible scars.

Fıratlift Type V combines upper, midface, and lower-face rejuvenation into one harmonious procedure — achieving a balanced, natural, and long-lasting result.
