Advanced Endoscopic Facelift & Piezo Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty by Dr. Mirza Fırat

A highly selective master course focused on the surgical principles, advanced anatomy, and technical nuances of endoscopic deep-plane facelift, endoscopic neck lift, and piezo ultrasonic rhinoplasty.

Designed as an intensive four-day educational experience, the program combines comprehensive lectures, live surgery, and advanced hands-on cadaver dissection under the direct supervision of Dr. Mirza Fırat.

The Endoscopic Facelift module explores modern facial anatomy, deep-plane facelift concepts, endoscopic face and neck lift techniques, tissue release strategies, and facial rejuvenation through comprehensive lectures, live surgery, and cadaver dissection.

The Piezo Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty module provides an in-depth understanding of modern rhinoplasty principles, surgical planning, ultrasonic osteotomies, structural refinement, advanced tip surgery, and nasal anatomy through lectures, live surgery, and hands-on cadaver training.

Throughout the course, Dr. Mirza Fırat personally guides participants during both the live surgical procedures and cadaver laboratory sessions, sharing the anatomical landmarks, surgical strategies, technical refinements, and intraoperative decision-making behind his contemporary approach to endoscopic facial rejuvenation and piezo ultrasonic rhinoplasty.

Participation is intentionally limited to create an intensive educational environment, maximize hands-on surgical experience, encourage direct interaction with the faculty, and provide personalized mentorship throughout the program.

Flexible registration options allow participants to register for individual course days or enroll in one of the dedicated Master Packages, combining lectures, live surgery, and cadaver training in either Endoscopic Facelift or Piezo Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty, according to their educational goals and surgical interests.
